Together with its subsidiary WS Warmsener Spezialitäten the milk specialist produces a high-quality milk based "Uelzena Ingredients" range and provides comprehensive contract processing services. The ingredients range for the baking, confectionery and delicatessen industry includes skimmed milk powder, buttermilk powder, anhydrous milk fat, sweetened condensed milk, cream and ice mixes as well as customized milk fat products and compounds. The contract processing services are focused on drying flavors, plant extracts and natural colours as well as vitamins and minerals. Contract processing of butter and anhydrous milkfat, fractionation as well as standardizing and manufacturing of cream products complete this services.

Uelzena is a specialised spray dryer of high-care infant food components
The contract spray dryer Uelzena strengthens its expertise in the drying of baby food components such as vitamins and minerals with the commissioning of its new spray drying plant Tower 12. A total of four spray towers of different sizes and designs are now available at the central production site in Uelzen for the drying of infant food components.

Record turnover of more than 1 billion Euro for Uelzena Group
Uelzena Group steered a succesfull course in its anniversary year of 2022. The turnover increases to over one billion euros for the first time in the company's history. CEO Jörn Dwehus was able to report this pleasing news at this year's Annual General Assembly.
